Jon Simms

Jon Simms possesses a diverse background in sales and engineering, with significant experience in both the automotive and aerospace industries. At Center BMW, Jon excelled in sales, achieving top metrics early in his career. Transitioning to engineering roles, Jon served as a lead manufacturing engineer at Lockheed Martin, focusing on automated processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Additional roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation included program management and manufacturing engineering for the F-35 project. Jon has also held sales management positions and contributed to supply chain efforts at Aerojet Rocketdyne. Educational qualifications consist of two bachelor's degrees in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Engineering Management, followed by a Master of Science in Engineering Management with a specialization in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, showcasing a solid academic foundation in the field.
