Jonathan Mallette

Jonathan Mallette is a seasoned HR Leader with extensive experience in HR and Labor Relations, currently serving as the Space HR and Labor Relations Director at Lockheed Martin. In this role, Jonathan leads all HR and LR functions supporting the Operations organization and acts as the HR Site Lead for the Denver area. Previously, Jonathan held various positions at Lockheed Martin, including Labor Relations Lead for Missiles & Fire Control and HR Professional, as well as a Government Affairs Intern in U.S. Senator Bob Graham’s office. Jonathan earned an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Business Management from Florida State University.
