Jonathan Young is the Director of Talent & Organisational Capability in Global Human Resources at Lockheed Martin, overseeing talent management and organisational development for approximately 10,000 employees across 50 countries. Previously, they served as Head of Resourcing at Barclaycard and held various leadership roles at Tesco and Santander Bank. With an MSc in People and Organisational Development from the University of Sussex, Jonathan also enhances their expertise through qualifications as a Qualified Occupational Tester and MBTI Practitioner. Currently, they are furthering their education in Organisational Design at Cornell University.
