Jonathon Wells

Jonathon Wells, PhD, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager of Training, Logistics, and Simulation at Lockheed Martin, a position they have held since 2023. With a robust career at Lockheed Martin spanning from 2014 to 2023, they held various roles including Vice President Program Management and Program Director for F-35 Training Development. Prior to this, Jonathon worked as a Systems Architect and Principal Investigator at Aculight from 2007 to 2009. They earned their educational credentials from Vanderbilt University, obtaining a Bachelor's and a Doctorate in addition to a Master's in Science, and later completed an MBA at the University of Washington.
