Josef Grossmann is currently the Lead Engineer for Interoperability at Lockheed Martin, where they collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance combat systems through improved network communications. Previously, Josef served as a Systems Analyst and Tester and participated in the Engineering Leadership Development Program, developing critical integration requirements and a widely utilized database for test reporting. Josef has also held roles as a Product Owner and Engineer, leading agile teams and implementing innovative approaches to radar integration. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Physics summa cum laude from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
