Joseph LeBlanc

Joseph LeBlanc possesses over two decades of experience in project management and engineering, primarily in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as the Orion Payload and Cargo Manager at Lockheed Martin since August 2016, Joseph oversees programmatic and technical integration, budget management, and systems engineering for payload integration. Prior roles at Lockheed Martin include positions in auxiliary payload management and systems engineering, where Joseph managed significant projects within the Orion program. Previous experience includes project management roles at Wyle Life Sciences and Jacobs Sverdrup, where Joseph led various capital projects. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Strategic Management and Project Management from the University of Phoenix, along with multiple certifications in project management and an associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Design.
