Joseph "Trent" Manning is a seasoned Multi-Functional Manufacturing Senior Manager with over 13 years of progressive leadership in the aviation and defense sector. They began their career as a CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Engineer at Bell Helicopter, where they developed crucial manufacturing processes. At Lockheed Martin, they held several roles from Supervisor of F-35 Production to Associate Manager of F-35 Quality, ultimately rising to their current position overseeing quality management for the F-35 program. Trent earned a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Tarleton State University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
