Joseph Rixey

Joseph Rixey is currently the Vice President of Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard Government Affairs at Lockheed Martin, a role started in 2022. Previously, they held various significant positions including Vice President of Global Program Support at Lockheed Martin and Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for International Programs. They served as the Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency from 2013 to 2017, overseeing extensive Foreign Military Sales programs. Joseph also has a military background as a Navy pilot, where they were involved in operational command and leadership roles throughout their service from 1983 to 2002. Joseph holds several degrees from prominent institutions, including a Bachelor's Degree in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's and Engineer’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
