Joseph Swartz is currently the CSCF Program/Chief Architect at Lockheed Martin, where they oversee the architecture and technical direction for high-performance computing (HPC) projects. With 38 years of experience in HPC, they have contributed to algorithm development, code optimization, and multi-level security systems. Previously, Joseph managed a $5M-per-year contract and led teams in various HPC initiatives, including significant roles at E Systems and Martin Marietta. They hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Oklahoma State University.
