Joy Moutsis

Joy Moutsis, MBA, is currently the Program Manager for the Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program at Lockheed Martin. They have a robust background in aerospace and defense program management, having previously managed several significant projects, including the Saudi Arabia FMS Black Hawk and the VH-92A Presidential Helicopter Program. Joy's earlier experience includes roles in accounting and business management at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they excelled in financial processes and project management. Joy earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Western Connecticut State University, along with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Housatonic Community College.
