Joyze Shea is a seasoned Senior Data Scientist at Lockheed Martin, where since March 2018, Joyze has served as the principal technology liaison and change agent for Strategic Quality Enterprise Metrics & Analytics, leading the Space Incidents Assessment Team and shaping the Quality Analytics LM2021 Vision. Prior to this role, Joyze worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at HomeAdvisor, focusing on agile development and quality reporting in September to November 2017. In a previous position at EY, from May 2016 to January 2017, Joyze led data efforts for Affordable Care Act client implementations, achieving high compliance rates. Joyze has extensive experience as an IT Contractor, managing a twelve-member team to resolve government insurance issues and ensure project completion. Joyze holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University.
