Julia Novikoff is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of HR at Lockheed Martin since October 2002, Julia previously held the position of HR Director within the same organization. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Julia worked as HR Manager at Atmel from 2000 to 2002 and at Texas Instruments/Raytheon from 1991 to 2000. Julia Novikoff holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Psychology and Human Resources, respectively, from Texas A&M University, where studies were completed between 1985 and 1991.
