Justin Grimes is an experienced Program Manager and Change Integrator in the aerospace industry. They held various roles at Lockheed Martin from 2016 to 2017, including Project Engineer Staff and Project Manager, where they led teams in project execution and supported the F-35 production ramp-up. Prior to that, Justin managed projects at NJV Manufacturing and Amberwood Products, achieving significant sales growth and successfully overseeing multiple millwork projects. Currently, Justin is pursuing an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences at De Anza College, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at San Jose State University, and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering at Colorado State University.
