Katherine McManus

Katherine McManus is an accomplished undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science, Binghamton University, with a GPA of 3.80. Experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Classroom Assistant for an Engineering Design course and in Semiconductor Devices, where Katherine contributed to teaching and assessment. Involvement in community service is demonstrated through active membership in Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority. Katherine enhanced technical and professional skills through various internships, including an Electrical Engineering Intern at Curbell Medical and dual internships at Lockheed Martin, as a Materials and Process Engineer Intern and FPGA Design Engineer Intern. Leadership is further showcased through the role of Treasurer for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, managing the organization’s finances, and as a Junior Ambassador. Additional experience includes coaching as a TOPSoccer Assistant Coach and participation in a semester study abroad at The University of Edinburgh.
