Kathi Decker

Kathi Decker possesses extensive experience in management and engineering support within the aerospace industry. Notable roles include Senior Manager of Military Avionics Engineering Project Support at Collins Aerospace, where Kathi worked from November 2018 to March 2020, and Senior Department Manager at Rockwell Collins from April 2015 to October 2018. Following a brief tenure as Sr. Change Management Consultant at Collins Aerospace in 2020, Kathi founded My Career Toolbox LLC, serving as Owner from January 2021 to February 2022. Currently, Kathi is employed as a Sr. Change Consultant at Lockheed Martin since January 2022. Kathi holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University, along with two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Marketing) and Public Relations and English from Mount Mercy University.
