Katie Wheelbarger

Katie Wheelbarger is a National Security Executive and Vice President at Lockheed Martin since 2021. They previously held prominent roles in government, including serving as a policy director and counsel for the Senate Armed Services Committee from 2015 to 2017, and as a counselor to the Secretary at the Department of Homeland Security in 2007. Wheelbarger began their legal career as an attorney at Irell & Manella and has also worked as a clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. They obtained a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
