Keith Charles is a dedicated and creative professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles at Lockheed Martin. Having served from 2009 as an Electrical Development Engineer and later as Project Engineer Stf, Keith is skilled in strategic planning and implementation of productivity solutions. In leadership positions, such as Executive Vice President of the Lockheed Martin Leadership Association, Keith excelled in operational performance and resource management. Keith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate of Arts in Advanced Avionics and Electronics from Redstone College.
