Kevin Gingras serves as the Vice President and Chief Compliance Counsel at Lockheed Martin, where they lead compliance initiatives. Previously, they held roles as Special Assistant United States Attorney and in various capacities within the U.S. Department of Justice, including the Fraud Section. Gingras has also been a Special Counsel to the Director at the FBI and an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Currently, they are a professorial lecturer in law at The George Washington University Law School while pursuing a Juris Doctor at Notre Dame Law School.
