Kevin Hammer is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and directing technology teams across various organizations. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin since July 2025, Kevin previously held the role of Senior Software Engineering Manager at Maxar Technologies, where a reputation as a fixer/deliverer was established through successful partnerships with executive leadership. Prior to Maxar, Kevin was the Director of Software Engineering at Staples, leading agile delivery teams to support a $10B business, and has held several key positions at Staples that focused on modernizing business tools and ensuring quality solutions. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Manager for Risk Initiatives at GE, where process improvements resulted in significant efficiency gains. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Colorado State University.
