Kevin O'Connor

Kevin O’Connor is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Lockheed Martin Corporation, overseeing the legal affairs and law department while advising senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Previously, O’Connor held prominent roles such as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Carrier and Chief Legal Officer for Point72. They also served in notable public positions, including Associate Attorney General of the United States and U.S. Attorney for Connecticut. O’Connor began their legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Timbers and has taught as an adjunct professor at the National Law Center at George Washington University. O’Connor earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Connecticut.
