Kim Lowry

Kim Lowry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government and defense sectors. Currently serving as Director at Lockheed Martin since August 2019, Kim previously held significant roles including Deputy Assistant Commissioner at the Dept. of Homeland Security's Customs & Border Protection from August 2011 to August 2019, and Acting Associate Director at the Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control for a brief tenure in 2016. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Advisor at the Department of Justice and Director of the Office of Communications at the Office of Justice Programs. Kim has also contributed to U.S. Southern Command and the U.S. Marshals Service, where roles included Director of Congressional Affairs and Chief of the Office of Congressional Affairs. Educational background includes degrees in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and participation in key executive programs at American University and the Department of State Foreign Service Institute.
