Kyle Whitlow is a Chief Engineer at Lockheed Martin, having previously served as a Mechanical Engineer Stf where they led the mechanical design and analysis for an international sensor system development. With extensive expertise in structural analysis of fixed wing military aircraft and launch vehicles, they employ classical hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure optimal performance and manufacturability. Prior to their current role at Lockheed Martin, Kyle worked as a Mechanical Analyst at United Launch Alliance, focusing on the Atlas V, Delta IV, and Vulcan-Centaur programs. Kyle holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado School of Mines.
