Lance Brooks

Lance Brooks has extensive experience in systems engineering and management, currently serving as a Systems Design and Integration Manager at Lockheed Martin since February 1995. In this role, Lance works within Agile and Dev/Sec/Ops environments. Previous positions include Avionics System Engineer, where Lance conducted RTCA/DO-254 SOI audits and developed systems safety processes, and Systems Engineering Lead, responsible for aircraft controls and navigation systems. Other roles at Lockheed Martin include Subcontract Program Manager, System Design Engineer, Flight Test Engineer, and System Engineer, each contributing to various aspects of system design, compliance, and test validation. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Lance worked as an Engineering Assistant at AIM Partners PLC. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mercer University.
