Lancen Fuller

Lancen Fuller, CFA, CAIA, possesses extensive experience in finance, engineering, and management consulting. At Lockheed Martin, from 2018 to 2024, Lancen served as an Analyst in Cost Competitiveness, leading customer cost reduction initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing corporate margins. Prior to this role, Lancen worked as a Mechanical Engineer in Advanced and Special Programs, focusing on affordability, cost reduction, and global supply chain management. Following tenure at Lockheed Martin, Lancen co-founded Fuller Equity Partners, LLC, offering market research, management consulting, and venture advisory services to a variety of businesses and investment firms from 2018 to 2024. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Engineering Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
