Lars Teppo

Lars Teppo is a Guidance, Navigation, and Control Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they currently lead efforts in spacecraft guidance navigation and control systems. Previously, Lars served as a Staff Systems Engineer and contributed to the design and integration of missile defense simulations. Prior to that, they were a Branch Chief at Sparta, overseeing engineers and developing advanced tracking simulations for the Missile Defense Agency. Lars also has experience as a Captain in the US Army Reserve, where they trained soldiers for deployment. They hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
