Lawrence Schuette

Lawrence Schuette is an accomplished director in research and innovation, currently serving as the Director of Global Research and Innovation at Lockheed Martin since September 2017. With a strong academic background, Schuette earned a Bachelor of Engineering and a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Catholic University of America, along with a fellowship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Seminar XXI program. Schuette previously held positions as an Adjunct Professor at The Catholic University of America, where educational responsibilities included teaching undergraduate courses and mentoring students, and as the Director of Innovation and Director of Research at the Office of Naval Research, overseeing significant advanced prototype projects and basic research initiatives.
