Lisa Lafferty

Lisa Lafferty is an accomplished HR Director currently leading the Human Resources team at Lockheed Martin, leveraging nearly 20 years of experience across diverse industries. Lisa was a graduate of the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE and progressed through various HR roles there, including Human Resources Manager at the GE Silicones Waterford manufacturing facility. At Lockheed Martin, Lisa has served as HR Director for both Engineering & Customer Support and US Government Programs, demonstrating expertise in talent development, employee relations, and organizational development. Lisa earned a Master’s degree in HR/IR from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Le Moyne College.
