Madison Koontz

Madison Koontz is currently the Radio Frequency Engineering Manager for the F-35 Electronic Warfare Integrated Product Team at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Alabama, Madison has taken on significant responsibilities in system requirements development, integration planning, and analyzing flight test data. Prior experience includes a summer internship at AT&T, where Madison led a national audit of cell equipment shelters and communicated with regional representatives on budget strategies. Madison's career at Lockheed Martin also features various roles, including Electronic Warfare Countermeasures Intern and Radio Frequency Engineer, where they have actively contributed to teams tackling complex engineering challenges.
