Marcel Lettre

Marcel Lettre is a Vice President at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where they are part of the Government Affairs team, focusing on strategies and technology solutions for the Intelligence Community and national security space enterprise. They previously held significant roles within the Department of Defense, including Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. Marcel also served as a National Security Advisor to the Senate Majority Leader and worked with the U.S. House of Representatives on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. They earned a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
