Maria Flaherty is a Software and Supplier QA Engineer with extensive experience in aerospace quality management systems. From 2000 to 2005, Maria worked at Lockheed Martin as an Applications Software Engineer and later as a Satellite Systems Engineer, providing software support and real-time problem resolution. Since 2011, Maria has been an AIEA Lead Auditor, conducting audits for ISO9001, AS9100, and AS9120, among others. Additionally, Maria serves as a Umpire for the Northern California Women’s Lacrosse Umpire Association and has held the position of General Manager at Menlo-Atherton High School from 2002 to 2009. Maria continues to pursue degrees in Computer Science at both National University and De Anza College.
