Mark C. Crews, PhD, is a Lockheed Martin Senior Fellow specializing in highly complex technologies including Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and laser systems. With expertise in electrical engineering and systems engineering, they have led innovative product development and strategic planning initiatives. Their extensive experience includes roles as a PNT Advanced Programs Manager and Navigation Payload Architect at Lockheed Martin, as well as leadership positions within the U.S. Air Force.
