Matthew Beach

Matthew Beach is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently employed at Lockheed Martin since July 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew served at Sierra Nevada Corporation for six years as a Manufacturing Engineer III, where responsibilities included producing process plans and applying GD&T practices. Additionally, Matthew held various positions at Sierra Nevada Corporation, including Avionics Technical Trainer III and Avionics Specialist. Previous experience includes working as an Aviation Electrician at Yulista Aviation Inc., managing a photography business, and serving as a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force, specializing in aircraft electrical systems. Matthew holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of North Alabama, and additional qualifications in aircraft electrical and environmental systems from the Community College of the Air Force.
