Matthew Lammers

Matthew Lammers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and maintenance operations, currently serving as a System Engineer Manager at Lockheed Martin since February 2020. In this role, Matthew oversees project operations, manages schedules, and prepares status reports while acting as a liaison among various teams. Previously, Matthew spent over 22 years with the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included serving as the Director of Maintenance Operations, managing a diverse workforce and ensuring the reliability of F-16 and F-35 aircraft, and leading a team in the F-22 operations center. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University, a Professional Manager Certification, an Associate of Applied Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology, and a Level 2 Certification in Life Cycle Logistics from Defense Acquisition University.
