Matthew Pilotti

Matthew Pilotti is a Continuous Improvement Lead at Lockheed Martin, where they facilitate cost reduction initiatives and lead training workshops focused on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Matthew has nearly a decade of experience in Defense Aerospace Manufacturing Operations and has held various managerial roles, including Test Engineering Asc Manager. They have also contributed to youth sports as a Baseball/Softball Specialist and Head Baseball Coach. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Science and Industrial Engineering from Binghamton University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Operations Management at the University of Scranton, maintaining a perfect GPA.
