Matthew Shaw

Matthew Shaw is currently the Guidance, Navigation, and Control Associate Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they lead a team focused on Deep Space Exploration Mission Strategy and Advanced Capabilities. They have previously worked in various engineering roles, including internships at Cleaveland/Price Inc. and B/E Aerospace, where they contributed to product analysis and research. Matthew earned both a Bachelor's and a Master’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Penn State University, achieving a remarkable GPA of 3.97 and 3.96, respectively. Their experience encompasses multiple positions at Lockheed Martin, supporting interplanetary mission design and trajectory optimization.
