Matthew Sheaffer

Matthew Sheaffer possesses extensive experience in quality engineering and management, currently serving as a Quality Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin since January 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Senior Quality Manager at Gulfstream Aerospace from June 2017 to October 2019. Matthew's professional background also includes roles at Parker Hannifin as Quality Manager, Operations Team Lead, and Quality Engineer from July 2011 to May 2017, as well as a position as Application Engineer at Oerlikon for a brief period in early 2011. Earlier in his career, Matthew worked as a Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Stabilus from June 2007 to January 2011. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, obtained over a span of 14 years from 2003 to 2017.
