Matthew Wells

Matthew Wells, PMP, is the Chief Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they currently lead technical efforts in managing testbed assets for verification and validation testing. With a robust background as a veteran Army officer, Matthew previously held various positions at Lockheed Martin, including Project Management Office Lead CAM and Integration & Test Chief Engineer. They served in the US Army in multiple leadership roles, including Logistics Officer and Tank Platoon Leader, coordinating complex operations and supervising logistical support during combat. Matthew earned a Master of Science in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
