Melissa Chadwick

Melissa Chadwick is a communications leader at Lockheed Martin, where they lead a team executing global communications strategies for the Rotary and Mission Systems business. They have extensive experience in crisis communications, media relations, and employee engagement, previously serving as the Senior Communications Manager for Sikorsky. Melissa began their career as a reporter at the Observer-Dispatch and later held editorial positions at UCG and The Gazette, where they developed award-winning projects. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Newspaper Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Textual Studies from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
