Michael Barone is currently the Chief Engineer Director at Lockheed Martin since 2023, having previously served as Chief Engineer Senior Manager, where they led Cyber & Intelligence initiatives and significantly improved portfolio funding. Over their tenure at Lockheed Martin, Michael advanced machine learning capabilities, developed innovative cybersecurity algorithms, and contributed to various engineering projects, including threat analysis for control systems. Michael’s earlier experience includes a leadership role in system architecture for oil and gas customers and impactful work on US Navy surface ships. They hold a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, which they earned in 2005.
