Michael Betar is a Research and Development Engineer with The Pennsylvania State University Applied Research Laboratory, beginning this role in 2015. They are responsible for evaluating and assessing software and hardware products for the US/UK Navy, participating in requirements generation and product development processes. Since 1983, Michael has also served as an Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cornell University, completed in the mid-1960s.
