Michael Nieves

Michael Nieves, MBA, is a Senior Program Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they serve as Sr Operations Manager and Deputy Director for Courtland Operations. With over fourteen years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience, Michael has successfully managed employee relations in a union environment, improved operational metrics, and fostered strong customer relations. They have also initiated partnerships with local colleges to attract talent and possess expertise in employee development and Lean Manufacturing Principles. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Strayer University and an MBA with a concentration in Operations Management from the University of Phoenix, and is currently pursuing further education at DeVry University.
