Michael Podel

Michael Podel is currently the Program Lead Electrical Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they manage the electrical integration and troubleshooting of HELLFIRE circuit cards and oversee multiple circuit card redesigns. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, focusing on circuit card design, verification testing, and integration with software and firmware. They hold a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Florida Institute of Technology. Michael began their career at Lockheed Martin through their College Work Experience Program, gaining valuable experience in electrical engineering.
