Mike Barber is a Global Production Transition Manager with a strong background in project management, Lean/6 Sigma, and continuous improvement. They held various engineering positions at Lockheed Martin from 2001 to 2010, including Operations Engineering Manager and Lead Manufacturing Engineer, where they contributed to the startup of aircraft programs and the establishment of F-35 wing manufacturing capabilities in Italy.
