Mike Barkell, MS, PMP, is a seasoned Test Engineer Sr Staff at Lockheed Martin, specializing in project management and manufacturing strategy for F-35 operations. They have over 24 years of leadership experience in the United States Air Force, primarily focused on fighter and bomber aircraft maintenance, and have spent more than 11 years in civilian roles as a Consultant, Project Manager, and Product Development Manager. Mike has led diverse teams and complex projects, emphasizing continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction. They are currently pursuing a Master's in Science in Management with a specialization in Operations Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
