Mike Beauchamp

Mike Beauchamp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) management primarily at Lockheed Martin. They served as a Senior Manager for ESH and Facilities Engineering, overseeing operational and programmatic initiatives across multiple locations, including those in San Antonio and Montreal. Mike developed and led sustainability programs and managed audits, corrective actions, and program budgets. They hold a BS degree in Business with a minor in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and have completed various management programs at Carnegie Mellon University and Lockheed Martin Center for Leadership Excellence.
