Mike Ciotti

Mike Ciotti is currently the Deputy for IAMD AP Strategic Initiatives and Navy IAMD Portfolio Manager at Lockheed Martin Corporation. With over 25 years of experience in Surface Navy Weapons and Combat System development and integration, they have held programmatic and technical roles across academia, the Department of Defense, and various industries. Ciotti's past roles include positions at BAE Systems, Naval Sea Systems Command, and The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where they demonstrated leadership and expertise in advanced technology and integrated warfare. They were recognized for their ability to lead complex, high-visibility projects and establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders to deliver critical capabilities. Ciotti holds a degree from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
