Mike Massa is an Eng Sr. Staff at Lockheed Martin Space Systems with over 30 years of diverse experience in hardware system design, development, and technical team leadership for data communication products. They have worked at Lockheed Martin since 1995 as a Systems Engineer and Electronics Engineer, serving as an Integrated Product Team Lead for WideBand Digital. Prior to this, they were a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at TRW Electronics Systems Group from 1986 to 1995, where they specialized in high-speed digital PCB design and manufacturing test processes. Mike holds an AAS in Electrical Engineering Technology from State University of New York - Morrisville and a BS from Rochester Institute of Technology, and is currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at California State University, Long Beach.
