Mike Shoemaker

Mike Shoemaker is the Vice President and General Manager of the Integrated Fighter Group at Lockheed Martin. In this role, they are responsible for the development, manufacture, and sustainment of several fighter programs, including the F-16 and F-22, as well as international partnerships. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience and 35 years of military service, Mike has developed a reputation for building high-performing teams and managing complex operations. Their previous roles at Lockheed Martin have included Vice President of F-35 Customer Programs and Vice President of Customer Initiatives. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Mike has held various command positions in the U.S. Navy, demonstrating significant leadership in naval aviation.
