Misty Mallory

Misty Mallory has extensive experience in program management and workforce development, currently serving as the Subcontract Manager and GSC Workforce Development Manager at Lockheed Martin since October 2009. In these roles, Misty drives workforce training and development, manages supplier costs and schedules, and leads teams to streamline operations. Prior to this, Misty was a Senior Manufacturing Planner and Senior BOM Planner at Lockheed Martin, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure program needs were met. In addition to professional responsibilities, Misty contributes to the community as a member of the Beautification Advisory Board in Bedford, TX, and has experience in academia as an Adjunct English Professor at Tarrant County College. Misty holds a B.A. and an M.A. in English from The University of Texas at Arlington.
