Mitchell Shafirovich

Mitchell Shafirovich is an experienced professional with a background in systems engineering and leadership, currently working at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineering CWEP since August 2025, focused on performance testing and algorithm development. Prior experience includes a Leadership Intern position at After-School All-Stars, where coordination of STEM workshops for middle school students took place. As the Founder of ATS Resume Solutions, Mitchell specializes in creating ATS-compatible resumes and providing career consultations. Additional roles include a Sales Associate/Photographer at Eye Origin, where high-resolution iris photography was conducted, and a Mascot Performer for Yellow Bus Events from June 2021 to August 2024. Mitchell is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Central Florida, following successful completion of the AICE Diploma at iPrep Academy North.
